As a brand we have grown from one small office in Melbourne to having 3 Warehouses and 2 Head Office locations across Australia!

Every Steady State product has been designed and developed by Engineers Australia qualified Engineers. We work tirelessly to ensure that every single product that leaves our warehouse meets our stringent Quality Control standards and will always outperform any other product on the market.

Steady State is and will always be an Australian, family owned small business. We are predominantly based in Melbourne, Australia but we have secondary locations in Sydney, NSW.

Orders & Payment

At Steady State, we've worked hard to deliver a seamless and hassle free process to place orders.

We accept: PayPal, Afterpay, Credit/ Debt Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and American Express.

All valid discount codes can be added during the checkout process.

To place an order using Afterpay, select the Afterpay option at checkout and then log in with your Afterpay account!

Definitely! Upon successful completion of the payment process a tax invoice and proof of purchase is immediately sent to your email.

Shipping

We ship all our orders via Australia Post from either one of our warehouses depending on your location and which will arrive the fastest!

We offer free standard shipping to every country in the world!

We endeavour to have all orders shipped the next business day after the order has been placed!

We always use Australia Post to ship our products! 

COVID-19

We've received many questions asking how COVID-19 will affect their order.

Thankfully, due to very resilient employees and warehouse staff our shipping times are unaffected by the current global pandemic.

As a result of COVID-19, we have hired many more staff to manage our offices and warehouses to ensure that our customers are unaffected by COVID-19.

Before any order leaves our warehouse it is sanitised and wrapped in plastic to ensure that every product is 100% clean and safe.

Returns and exchanges

We're confident that you'll absolutely love your new Steady State product but should you need to return it, there are processes in place to ensure that the return is hassle free and seamless!
