The Steady State team will always be happy to honour your requests and listen to your feedback, however there are some conditions that need to be met before you will be issued with your full refund. The first of which is that the Steady State customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping of the Steady State products. Finally, if the Steady State product or any of the product components are damaged in any way or missing, the Steady State customer will no longer be eligible for their full refund, the value of the missing components will be deducted from the overall price. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three to five business days. We have spared no shortage of expense and research to produce a product we are sure you will love.This is why the team at Steady State is happy to offer all of our Steady State customers a twelve month warranty on all Steady State products and a three month warranty for all Steady State product components and attachments. The Steady State warranty exclusively covers manufacturing faults and will not be inclusive of any customer induced faults. The Steady State warranty will be void in the case of any cosmetic or physical damage. The Steady State warranty will be void in the case of any opening and tampering of sealed Steady State hardware or components. The Steady State warranty will be void in the case of any missing product components or packaging. If in the unlikely event you believe your Steady State product is faulty or not functioning to its advertised capacity, please do not hesitate to contact the team at Steady State to utilize our Steady State Warranty. You as the Steady State customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping of the Steady State products. Once your returned product  is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If it is deemed that the Steady State product is faulty as a result of product misuse by a Steady State customer, the Steady State customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost if they wish to receive their Steady State product back. If the Steady State warranty is incurred, Steady State customers will also have the option to replace the product in question with a brand new replacement. This policy is only eligible for current Steady State products.
